Smoothie Recipes

I realized today that I haven't added any recipes to my blog. And so I guess I should do that, hey? I don't just encourage "wealth", I also encourage "health". Wealth without health is pretty useless. So I'll start off today with some healthy smoothie recipes today. I love smoothies. They're quick to put together and they're usually pretty filling. Smoothies are great ways to get that extra energy, get more vegetables into your diet, and of course help you lose some unwanted pounds. Here are a few of my favorites!! (I almost always add a little flax seed and/or cinnamon to my smoothies so add if you wish)
